Saha Yoga offers accessible yoga classes, workshops, and community support for students of all levels. Below are answers to common questions about classes, pricing, policies, and studio guidelines.

Where are you located?

Saha Yoga is located at 12 Washington Street in Ballston Spa, NY. We’ve been at this location for 10 years and are just a 7 minute drive from Downtown Saratoga.

Is your yoga studio beginner-friendly?

Yes. Saha Yoga welcomes students of all levels. If you’re new to yoga, we recommend starting with our New Student Special (3 classes for $39), which allows you to explore the studio, meet our faculty, and experience different class styles over 21 days.

How much do yoga classes cost?

Saha Yoga offers flexible pricing options to fit your schedule and practice needs. Purchase your pass on our Classes page.

Single Drop-In — $18
Good for one regularly priced class, either in-studio or virtual. Expires 7 days after purchase if not used.

New Student Special — 3 Classes for $39
If you’re new to Saha Yoga, this one-time offer lets you experience the studio, faculty, and classes at a discounted rate. Must be used within 21 days of purchase.

Four-Class Pass — $60
Includes 4 regularly priced classes (in-studio or virtual). Expires 30 days after first use.

Eight-Class Pass — $112
Includes 8 regularly priced classes (in-studio or virtual). Expires 30 days after first use.

Monthly Unlimited — $130
Enjoy unlimited regularly priced in-studio and virtual classes for 30 days from first use.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel more than two (2) hours prior to class start time, your class will remain on your account with its original expiration date.

Cancellations made less than two (2) hours before class start time are considered a late cancel, and the class will be forfeited from your pass.

Workshop passes are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Are class passes refundable?

No. All class and workshop passes at Saha Yoga are non-refundable and will not be extended.

However, passes may be transferred or donated to another student.

    We are no longer able to accept checks.

  • Yes. Digital gift card passes are available for every pass offered and can be purchased through your account.

    Paper gift certificates have been discontinued.

  • Saha Yoga believes yoga should remain accessible, even during times of financial hardship.

    If you are financially able, you may purchase a gift card and donate it to someone in the community.
