Our Class Offerings

Brick Wall

This class wakes us up gently into a new day. Preparing the body and mind for whatever may come. Creating a calm strength, rage of motion, and stability, we find focus and intention. We then step into the morning light at ease and at peace. This 60 minute asana practice is followed by an optional 15 minutes gently guided seated meditation.

In this slower flowing class we will practice being mindful and present with every breath in every pose. We will combine strengthening, balancing, and flexibility to create a complete, satisfying, and healing experience. This class is available for all levels and plenty of modifications and support will be offered. You will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and restored.

Multiple healing modalities in one class!

Starts with Qigong movements to unblock and activate energy centers. Then moving into a relaxing healing Yin Yoga session, with sound healing frequency music (432 hz/528 hz), accompanied by Reiki energy healing for each student.

Get your body, mind, and energy ready for the day ahead with this 60 minute, moderately intense flowing class. Follow it with a 15 minute (optional) meditation to really get grounded for your day.
 

In this all levels revitalizing yet restful class, we explore slow and gentle movements and longer held stretches. Often, we will incorporate useful tools like tennis balls, foam rollers, blocks and more with the intention to stretch out and loosen up the myofascial tissue in all of the major muscle groups.

Mindfulness and attention to breath are woven throughout this class and it will end with an extended, restorative, savasana. 

Let go tension, tightness and fatigue in the physical body and feel lighter in your whole being.

Join Nyrelle for this hour long class to let go of any stress from your day. This gentle to moderately intense practice is open to all and runs when our school district is in session, Sept-June.

This class will center you and balance the chatter in your mind after a busy day. We will focus on a slow and luxurious exploration of our breath and how to connect it to the movements of our body. We will play with balance, work to build strength and increase flexibility in a safe and mindful way. This class is for all levels and will offer many options and adaptations. You will leave feeling centered and calm. Laughter, joy and a good sense of humor are encouraged.

This hour long flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. In this class, you might work a little harder to create more strength and balance, while also remaining mindful of every breath.

In this feel good practice we will focus on tuning in to our senses through a combination of uplifting full body flows and deeply nourishing stretches. Cultivate a sense of peace and well being through mindful awareness that will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy. All levels welcome.

This class integrates the accessible and gentle practices of Yin and Restorative yoga which support finding ease in the body. Poses are held for longer periods of time, leading to deeper embodiment and mindfulness. Excellent for stress reduction, lowering inflammation, healing and activating the “rest and digest” parasympathetic nervous system, you will feel the benefits of releasing tension and finding calm from this mindful practice. All levels welcome.

We start slow to wake up the body and gradually build some heat to spark your inner vitality.

We focus on the breath, balance, stretching and strength. Pose variations and modifications will be offered to explore what feels right in your body. This moderately intense class is suitable for everyone.

1 hour and 15 minutes

In this 60 min yoga sequence we will ground and center ourselves into a calm and peaceful state using breath work, poses, and mantras. Paying close attention to alignment and building strength we will leave all emotions that no longer serve us on the mat. All levels are welcome offering support and modifications when needed.

Y12SR is a 12-step based discussion and yoga practice that is open to anyone and everyone dealing with their own addictive behavior or by the addictive behavior of others. This is an open and inclusive group. All A's are welcome.
