A Place Of Sangha
Nestled in downtown Ballston Spa, NY, we believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide our core teachings and practices at Saha Yoga, as we focus on helping each other better connect to ourselves and our world.
The word Saha means Together. It's how we do things here. We are a community of seekers, learning, growing, and supporting each other.
We offer a variety of services, classes, workshops, and more to help achieve healthier bodies, minds, spirits and world.
"The highest spiritual practice is self-observation without judgment."

Jen considers herself a “Yoga facilitator”, always reminding students that their practice is their own and she is only a guide. Group classes incorporate breath work, postures and relaxation with attention to alignment, strength, flexibility and the mind body connection. With compassion and gentle humor Jen encourages the student to enjoy the exploration of their own experience of yoga; it is different for each of us.
Jen approaches yoga instruction as an opportunity to assist the student in building a better, stronger more in-depth relationship with themselves. Students will learn to listen to their own wisdom to make safe and healthy choices on and off the yoga mat. You will leave Jen’s classes feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and restored.

MORE THAN CLASSES
Everything You Need
Thai yoga is an ancient and traditional practice of compassionate healing.
Also called ‘lazy man’s yoga’, Thai yoga is done on a thick floor mat and fully clothed. The receiver can completely relax while the practitioner puts them into various shapes and poses. The practitioner then uses leaning pressure, reflexology, compression, stretching and twisting to restore range of motion and open the flow of energy.
Your session will be specifically designed to fit your physical needs.
A one-on-one session with your yoga teacher gives you the time and space to ask questions and explore your own needs in a more personal setting.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The Reiki practitioner uses gentle touch to activate the natural energetic processes of the clients body to restore physical and emotional well being.
"To perform every action artfully is yoga."
