RISE & SHINE YOGA ~
Mon & Thur 6:15 am
This class helps us gently enter a new day. Preparing the body and mind for whatever may come. Creating a calm strength and stability, a focus and intention, we step into the morning light at ease and at peace. This 60 minute asana practice is followed by an optional 15 minutes gently guided seated meditation.
MINDFUL FLOW ~
Mon & Wed 9:15 am
In this slower flowing class we will practice being mindful and present with every breath in every pose. We will combine strengthening, balancing, and flexibility to create a complete, satisfying, and healing experience. This class is available for all levels and plenty of modifications and support will be offered. You will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and restored.

GET UP & FLOW~
Tuesday 6:15 am
Get your body, mind, and energy ready for the day ahead with this 60 minute, moderately intense flowing class. Follow it with a 15 minute (optional) meditation to really get grounded for your day.
SWEET & STRONG ~
Tuesday 9:15 am
A mixture of yin stretches or myofascial release, followed by a delicious combination of strength building and flowing asana-sprinkling our way into a sweet and satisfying Savasana.

SLOW YOUR ROLL YOGA ~
Tues & Thurs 5:45 pm
This class will center you and balance the chatter in your mind after a busy day. We will focus on a slow and luxurious exploration of our breath and how to connect it to the movements of our body. We will play with balance, work to build strength and increase flexibility in a safe and mindful way. This class is for all levels and will offer many options and adaptations. You will leave feeling centered and calm. Laughter, joy and a good sense of humor are encouraged.

RELEASE & RENEW~
Thursday 9:15 am
This Hatha based class integrates the accessible gentle practices of Yin and Restorative yoga poses that support finding ease in the body. Excellent for stress reduction, lowering inflammation, healing and activating the “rest and digest” parasympathetic nervous system, you will feel the benefits of releasing tension and finding calm from this mindful practice. All levels welcome.
FEEL GOOD FLOW ~
Wednesday 6:00 pm
In this feel good practice we will focus on tuning in to our senses through a combination of uplifting full body flows and deeply nourishing stretches. Cultivate a sense of peace and well being through mindful awareness that will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy. All levels welcome.

ALL LEVELS HATHA YOGA ~
Fri 9:15 & Sat 9:00am
We will start slow to wake up the body and gradually build some heat to spark your inner vitality.
We will focus on the breath, balance, stretching and strength. Pose variations and modifications will be offered to explore what feels right in your body. This class is suitable for everyone, including beginners.
Friday 1 hour and 15 minutes, Saturday 1 hour
PEACEFUL WARRIOR FLOW ~
Sunday 9:00 am
In this 60 min yoga sequence we will ground and center ourselves into a calm and peaceful state using breath work, poses, and mantras. Paying close attention to alignment and building strength we will leave all emotions that no longer serve us on the mat. All levels are welcome offering support and modifications when needed.
Y12SR ~
Sunday 10:30 am
Y12SR is a 12-step based discussion and yoga practice that is open to anyone and everyone dealing with their own addictive behavior or by the addictive behavior of others. This is an open and inclusive group. All A's are welcome.
1 hour, donation based.

THAI YOGA
Body & Energy
Thai yoga is an ancient and traditional practice of compassionate healing.
Also called ‘lazy man’s yoga’, Thai yoga is done on a thick floor mat and fully clothed. The receiver can completely relax while the practitioner puts them into various shapes and poses. The practitioner then uses leaning pressure, reflexology, compression, stretching and twisting to restore range of motion and open the flow of energy.

Energetic Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The Reiki practitioner uses gentle touch to activate the natural energetic processes of the clients body to restore physical and emotional well being.
