Winter Wellness Walk

It's a long and cold Winter season here in upstate NY if you don't get   outside and enjoy!  Our first group walk will be... When:  Wednesday January 13th at 12noon Where:  Anchor Diamond Park              1 Middleline Road Ballston Lake NY              Corner of MIddleline Road and Route   50 What to know:  Dress for varied weather and trail conditions. Snowshoes and cross-country skis are welcome if there is fresh snow. The trail loop is about 2.4 miles, so plan on about an hour. Your leashed doggo friends are also welcome to join us!  Please do consider joining us for fresh air, friendship, and fun!
