Our beautiful and sunny studio is nestled into the heart of downtown Ballston Spa, NY. We are a vibrant and robust community of yogi's committed to using the traditional yogic teachings as a foundation from where we continue to learn, grow, and thrive in our modern world.

We are so very grateful to have an incredible faculty of various backgrounds and interest that love to share their gifts! We offer various styles of yoga, energy healing, and so many other practices to assist you in your quest to better know and care for yourself, our community, and the world.

The word 'Saha' means Together. That's how we do things around here. We come together for classes and workshops and parties. We celebrate each others wins and hold each other up when down as well as reaching out with love and care for our community.

March 29th

I want to offer a huge shout-out and congratulations to our
Teachers here at Saha. Without each of them and their passion,
time, and Love, Saha wouldn't be the incredible place it is.

They each continue to learn and foster their growth, knowledge,
and gifts in different ways. By doing this, they become better
teachers, guides, and humans.

Congratulations to all of the faculty on their recent and successful
