Lisa will share her clinical insight as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, providing clarity around what’s really happening during perimenopause—how hormonal changes affect everything from sleep and mood to blood sugar and brain fog. Alongside that, Natasha will guide us through grounding practices and regulation techniques (mindful awareness, gentle movement, restorative yoga) designed to bring compassion, strength, and fluidity to our nervous systems.
